Rutherford Ranch 2007 Sauvignon Blanc
“Smell this sauvignon blanc from Napa and you'll get a big whiff of nectarine and apricot on the nose. The color is a very light straw yellow, but the taste is fairly rich with citrus flavors and a little melon to boot. This wine will be especially enjoyable when the weather warms up a bit, but it can be appreciated now for its pronounced taste at a reasonable price.”

February 26, 2009 Rutherford Ranch 2007 Chardonnay
“Spectacular Value. There are 16,000 cases of this spectacular bargain in Chardonnay. This 2007 from, of all places, Napa Valley, is a beautifully fruited wine (orange blossoms, nectarines, poached pears, and a hint of pineapple) revealing little oak, medium body, zesty freshness, and gorgeously pure fruit. This dry, delicious 100% Chardonnay is best consumed over the next one to two years.” –Robert Parker
